01. Which payment method can I use to purchase?

02. Why is a credit card rejected?

Your card may have been declined for one of the following reasons:

– The card may have expired: check that your card has not expired.

– You may have reached the card limit: check with your bank that your card has not exceeded the purchase limit.

– You may have entered something wrong: make sure you fill in all required fields correctly.

03. Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?

Yes, information is transmitted securely with SSL encryption. Only Secure Electronic Commerce (SEC) transactions will be accepted for payments made using Visa and Mastercard. After verifying that the card is secured under the SEC system, the system will contact the card issuing bank to confirm the buyer’s purchase. Once the bank confirms the authenticity, the card will be charged. Otherwise the order will be cancelled.

04. What should I do if I see a double charge for an order?

What you see in your account may actually be a reservation for the order amount, not the payment itself. In any case, contact your bank for more information.

You can receive it from the address (home, work, but never the mailbox) or from the courier company that carries the product.

Standard : Between 3-7 working days.

09. How much are the shipping charges?

Standard : 20TL. For orders of 350 TL or more, shipping within Turkey is free.

10. Do you provide international delivery?

Yes, please contact us for international shipping rates and conditions.

11.What if I am not at home at the time of order delivery?

If the courier arrives for delivery of your order and you are not at home, the courier will leave you a reminder slip with contact information or provide a call,

You can also call the courier directly and provide the order tracking number to arrange a delivery date.

12. What is your return policy?

You can return the purchased product within 15 calendar days from the delivery date, together with the original sales receipt and a note stating the reason for the return. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items must be unworn and unwashed.

In order to return your product, you must mail it to our address with the courier company you want. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.


13.How will my money be refunded?

Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount with the same payment method you used to purchase.


14. When will I receive a refund?

Once the return is approved (items must be in perfect condition and have inner tags), you will receive a confirmation email stating that the amount will be refunded to your account within a few days. Note that the time it takes for your account to be repaid always depends on your bank.

15.What should I do if the return amount is wrong?

Contact us, we will solve the problem as soon as possible.  XANTHEFASHION.COM reserves the right to refuse returns for products that are sent outside of the requested or specified deadline or that are not in the condition they were received.
